- If you roll up your T-shirts it will fit a lot more into your bag. And they will not wrinkle as much.
- Chose clothing which is easy to combine.
- Pack an empty ziploc bag for your laundry.
- Take a travel detergent with you in case you need to clean something or you stay longer than seven days.
- Fill the gaps in your bag with socks and underwear.
- Use the space in your shoes to store small stuff.
- Pack your shoes into a plastic bag before you but it into your bag.
- Wear the clothing and shoes which will take the most space and weight on your flight.
- Pack the liquids (<100ml) on top so you can show them at the security checkpoint.
Tip: Ask for a bag at the duty free shop or buy something cheap to get a bag. You can take it onto your flight and bring the stuff you want to have close by (e.g. book or purse).
This gives you some extra space to bring on the flight.
